2. What We Do

LP Pools is your one-stop shop for custom outdoor living. Our services include:

  • Pool design & construction

  • Backyard landscaping and hardscaping

  • Outdoor kitchens, fire pits & entertainment spaces

  • Pool remodels and equipment upgrades

  • Permit coordination and project management

We treat every project like it’s our own backyard and work hard to bring your vision to life.

 

3. Quotes & Pricing

We’ll provide a custom quote based on your specific design, site conditions, and material choices. We aim to be transparent and fair—if anything changes along the way, we’ll talk it through with you before moving forward.

Note: Some services like city permits, engineering, or HOA approvals may have additional costs, which we’ll always discuss upfront.

 

4. Payments

We typically break payments into phases:

  • An initial deposit to schedule your project

  • Progress payments tied to milestones (like excavation, plumbing, etc.)

  • A final balance due after your walkthrough and approval

All payment terms will be clearly laid out in your contract. If you have questions about how it works, we’re happy to walk you through it.

 

5. Permits, HOAs & Inspections

We take care of submitting plans, pulling permits, and helping with HOA paperwork. While we do everything we can to keep things moving, timing can sometimes depend on city or HOA timelines. If delays happen, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

 

6. Warranty & Quality Guarantee

We stand by our work. Every new pool we build includes a 1-year limited workmanship warranty, and any equipment we install is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We ask that clients follow basic maintenance recommendations to keep everything running like new.

 

7. Changes Along the Way

We know ideas can evolve as the project comes to life. If you’d like to make changes to the design or materials, just let us know! We’ll go over any impact on cost or timeline before making adjustments. All changes will be documented in a written change order.

 

8. Timelines & Scheduling

We do our best to keep your project on track and finish in the estimated time. That said, weather, inspections, material delays, and other factors can sometimes affect the schedule. If anything comes up, we’ll communicate openly and work to keep things moving.

 

9. Your Role as the Homeowner

To help things go smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Allow access to your property during work hours

  • Stay in touch and let us know if you have questions or concerns

  • Let us know about anything that could affect the build (like pets, irrigation lines, or gates that need unlocking)

We’re your partner through the whole process, and we appreciate your involvement.

 

10. Our Promise & Limitations

We promise to deliver high-quality work and treat your property with respect. That said, we can’t be responsible for things outside our control—like weather, utility issues, or damage caused by others after our work is complete.

Our total liability is limited to the value of your signed contract.

 

11. Website & Content

All the content you see on www.lppoolsaz.com belongs to us—photos, logos, text, etc. You’re welcome to browse and be inspired, but please don’t copy or use anything for business purposes without our permission.

 

12. Your Privacy Matters
